1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (fragrance-based and personal care items), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or leaked.
- The item delivered is defective or expired (if applicable).
- The product was not as described on our website.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, change of mind, or if the product has been used/opened.
2. Return Request Timeline
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following are non-returnable:
- Used or opened Attars
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective/damaged)
7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want to purchase a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us promptly for any cancellation requests.
